اَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ اَنَّ اللّٰہَ لَہٗ مُلۡکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضِ ؕ یُعَذِّبُ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَ یَغۡفِرُ لِمَنۡ یَّشَآءُ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ قَدِیۡرٌ ﴿۴۰﴾
کیا تجھے معلوم نہیں کہ اللہ تعالٰی ہی کے لئے زمین و آسمان کی بادشاہت ہے؟ جسے چاہے سزا دے اور جسے چاہے معاف کر دے اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز پر قادر ہے ۔
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punishes whom He wills and forgives whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent.
