حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: غَزَوْنَا مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ زَمَنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَانَ شِعَارُنَا أَمِتْ أَمِتْ.
ہم نے ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں غزوہ کیا تو ہمارا شعار «أمت أمت» ۱؎ تھا۔
Ilyas bin Salamah (bin Al Akwa) said on the authority of his father “We went on an expedition with Abu Bakr (Allaah be pleased with him) in the time of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم and our war cry was “Put to death” “Put to death”. ”
