حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عن أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ .
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بےزبان ( جانور ) کا زخم بے قیمت اور بیکار ہے، کان اور کنویں میں گر کر مر جائے تو وہ بھی بیکار ہے ۱؎۔
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:
“The injuries caused by the beast are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability.”
