عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، وَالْأَسْوَدِ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فِي شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ: خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً، وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً، وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ لَبُونٍ، وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ مَخَاضٍ .
شبہ عمد کی دیت پچیس حقہ، پچیس جزعہ، پچیس بنت لبون، اور پچیس بنت مخاض ہے۔
Narrated Ali: The bloodwit for unintentional murder is in four parts: twenty five she-camels in their fourth year, twenty five she-camels in their fifth year, twenty five she-camels in their third year, and twenty twenty five she-camels in their second year.
