حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، بِمَعْنَاهُ، زَادَ: ثُمَّ دَلَكَهُ بِنَعْلِهِ.
اپنے والد عبداللہ بن الشخیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اسی معنی کی حدیث روایت کی ہے، اس میں اتنا اضافہ کیا ہے کہ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے اپنے جوتے سے مل دیا ۔
Abu al-Ala reported this tradition on the authority of his father to the same effect with a different chain of narrators. This version adds: “He then rubbed it with his shoe.
