أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ، قَالَ: لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ .
ڈھال سے کم قیمت کی چیز میں چور کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا۔
It was narrated that Ayman said:
The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield. (Daif Mawquf)
