Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم decreed the right to buy the neighboring property applicable to everything which is not divided, but when boundaries are fixed and separate roads made, there is no option.

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے شفعہ ہر اس چیز میں رکھا ہے، جو تقسیم نہ ہوئی ہو، لیکن جب حد بندیاں ہو گئی ہوں، اور راستے الگ الگ نکا ل دئیے گئے ہوں تو اس میں شفعہ نہیں ہے۔
