The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Abu Bakr bin Adb al-Rahman bin al-Harith bin Hisham from Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم through a different chain of narrators to the same effect as narrated by Malik. This version adds: If he paid something from the price (of the property), then he will be equal to the creditors in it.

یونس، ابن شہاب سے روایت کرتے ہیں، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ

مجھے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث بن ہشام نے خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے۔ ۔ ۔ پھر آگے انہوں نے مالک کی حدیث جیسی روایت ذکر کی، اس میں اتنا اضافہ ہے کہ اگر مشتری اس مال کی کسی قدر قیمت دے چکا ہے، تو وہ مال والا دوسرے قرض خواہوں کے برابر ہو گا۔
