It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
[There is no vow to commit disobedience and] no vow concerning that which the son of Adam does not possess.
عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت ( گناہ ) میں نذر نہیں ہے، اور نہ اس میں نذر ہے جس کا آدمی مالک نہ ہو ۱؎۔
