حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ .

It was narrated from Jabir that: the Prophet (ﷺ) passed judgement on the basis of an oath (from the claimant) along with a (single) witness.

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک گواہ اور ( مدعی کی ) قسم سے فیصلہ فرمایا۔
