سنن ابن ماجہ

It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The one who fights in the cause of Allah has a guarantee from Allah. Either He will raise him to His forgiveness and mercy, or He will send him back with reward and spoils of war. The likeness of the one who fights in the cause of Allah is that of one who fasts and prays at night without ceasing, until he returns.”

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کرنے والے شخص کا اللہ تعالیٰ ضامن ہے، یا تو اسے اپنی رحمت و مغفرت میں ڈھانپ لے، یا ثواب اور مال غنیمت کے ساتھ اسے ( گھر ) واپس کرے، اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد کرنے والے کی مثال نہ تھکنے والے صائم تہجد گزار کی ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ مجاہد گھر لوٹ آئے ۔
