حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى 61 بَنِي عَامِرٍ 61،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَسْبُ امْرِئٍ مِنَ الشَّرِّ أَنْ يَحْقِرَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ .

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “It is sufficient evil for a man to look down on his Muslim brother.”

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: شر سے آدمی کے لیے یہی کافی ہے کہ وہ اپنے مسلم بھائی کی تحقیر کرے ۔
