سنن ابن ماجہ

It was narrated that Jubair bin Mut'im said: (The Companions) disputed in the presence of the Messenger of Allah about having a bath to cleanse oneself from sexual impurity. The Messenger of Allah said: 'As for me, I pour three handfuls of water on my head.'

جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس غسل جنابت کے بارے میں بحث و مباحثہ کیا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میں تو اپنے سر پہ تین چلو پانی ڈالتا ہوں ۔
