Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) having forbidden Mazabana and Muhaqala. Muzibana means the buying of fruits on the trees and Muhaqala is the renting of land.
حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزابنہ اور محاقلہ سے منع فرمایا ۔ مزابنہ درخت پر لگی کھجور کو ( خشک کھجور کے عوض ) خریدنا ہے اور محاقلہ سے مراد زمین کو کرائے پر دینا ہے
