Yazid bin Abi Habib narrated from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Salamah, from Jabir, that the Messenger of Allah ruled concerning 'Umra -when a man gives a gift to another man, and his descendants, but stipulates that if something happens to you and your descendants, then it will belong to me and my descendants- It belongs to the one to whom it was given, and to his descendants.

جابر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ

عمریٰ کے سلسلہ میں ایک شخص نے ایک شخص کو اور اس کی اولاد کو کوئی چیز ہبہ کی اور اس بات کا استثناء کیا کہ اگر تمہارے ساتھ اور تمہاری اولاد کے ساتھ کوئی حادثہ پیش آ گیا یا تو یہ چیز میری اور میری اولاد کی ہو جائے گی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فیصلہ دیا کہ وہ چیز اس کی ہو گی جس کو دے دی گئی ہے اور اس کے اولاد کی ہو گی ( استثناء کا کوئی حاصل نہ ہو گا ) ۔
