سنن ابوداؤد

آپ نے فرمایا: عورت تین شخص کی میراث سمیٹ لیتی ہے: اپنے آزاد کئے ہوئے غلام کی، راہ میں پائے ہوئے بچے کی، اور اپنے اس بچے کی جس کے سلسلہ میں لعان ہوا ہو ( یعنی جس کے نسب سے شوہر منکر ہو گیا ہو ) تو عورت اس کی وارث ہو گی ۔

Narrated Wathilah ibn al-Asqa: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: A woman gets inheritance from the three following: one she has set free, a foundling, and her child about whom she has invoked a curse on herself if she was untrue in declaring he was not born out of wedlock.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لعان والی عورت کے بچے کی میراث اس کی ماں کو دلائی ہے پھر اس کی ماں کے بعد ماں کے وارثوں کو دلائی ہے ۱؎۔

Narrated Makhul: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم assigned the estate of a child of a woman about whom she had invoked a curse to her mother, and to her heirs after her.

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی کے مثل مروی ہے۔

Narrated Amr bin Shuaib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported from the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم something similar.
