سنن ابوداؤد

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تجارتی قافلوں سے آگے بڑھ کر نہ ملو ۱؎، کسی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرو، اور اونٹ و بکری کا تصریہ ۲؎ نہ کرو جس نے کوئی ایسی بکری یا اونٹنی خریدی تو اسے دودھ دوہنے کے بعد اختیار ہے، چاہے تو اسے رکھ لے اور چاہے تو پسند کر کے اسے واپس کر دے، اور ساتھ میں ایک صاع کھجور دیدے ۳؎ ۔

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: Do not go out to meet riders to conduct business with them ; none of you must buy in opposition to one another; and do not tie up the udders of camels and sheep, for he who buys them after that has been done has two courses open to him after milking them: he may keep them if he is pleased with them, or he may return them along with a sa' of dates is he is displeased with them.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے تصریہ کی ہوئی بکری خریدی تو اسے تین دن تک اختیار ہے چاہے تو اسے لوٹا دے، اور ساتھ میں ایک صاع غلہ ( جو غلہ بھی میسر ہو ) دیدے، گیہوں دینا ضروری نہیں ۔

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: If anyone buys sheep whose udders have been tied up, he has option for three days: he may return it if he desires with a sa' of any grain, not (necessarily) wheat.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس نے تھن میں دودھ جمع کی ہوئی بکری خریدی اسے دوہا، تو اگر اسے پسند ہو تو روک لے اور اگر ناپسند ہو تو دوہنے کے عوض ایک صاع کھجور دے کر اسے واپس پھیر دے۔

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: If anyone buys sheep or goat whose udders have been tied up and he milked it, he may keep it if he is pleased with it, or he may return it if he is displeased with it. There is one sa' of dates (which he must give to the seller) for milking it.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو کوئی تھن میں دودھ جمع کی ہوئی ( مادہ ) خریدے تو تین دن تک اسے اختیار ہے ( چاہے تو رکھ لے تو کوئی بات نہیں ) اور اگر واپس کرتا ہے، تو اس کے ساتھ اس کے دودھ کے برابر یا اس دودھ کے دو گنا گیہوں بھی دے ۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If anyone buys a sheep whose udders have been tied up, he has option for three days (for decision). If he returns it, he should return with it wheat equal to its milk or double of it.
