سنن ابوداؤد

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کسی عورت کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ وہ اپنے شوہر کے نکاح میں رہتے ہوئے جو اس کی عصمت کا مالک ہے اپنا مال اس کی اجازت کے بغیر خرچ کرے ۔

Narrated Amr bin Shuaib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift from the property which she has in her possession when her husband owns her chastity.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کسی عورت کے لیے اپنے شوہر کے مال میں سے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر کسی کو عطیہ دینا جائز نہیں ہے ۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband.
