سنن ابوداؤد

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ذمی معاہد کی دیت آزاد کی دیت کی آدھی ہے ۱؎ ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے اسامہ بن زید لیثی اور عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث نے بھی عمرو بن شعیب سے اسی کی مثل روایت کیا ہے۔

Narrated Amr bin Suhaib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: The blood-wit for a man who makes a covenant is half of the blood-wit for a free man. Abu Dawud said: It has been transmitted by Usamah bin Zaid al-Laithi and Abdur-Rahman bin al-Harith on the authority of Amr bin Suhaib in similar manner.
