سنن ابوداؤد

ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما وادی ضجنان میں ایک سرد رات میں اترے اور منادی کو حکم دیا اور اس نے آواز لگائی: لوگو! اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، ایوب کہتے ہیں: اور ہم سے نافع نے عبداللہ بن عمر کے واسطے سے بیان کیا ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب سردی یا بارش کی رات ہوتی تو منادی کو حکم دیتے تو وہ «الصلاة في الرحال» لوگو! اپنے اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو کا اعلان کرتا۔

Nafi said: Ibn Umar stayed at Dajnan (a place between Makkah and Madina) on a cold night. He commanded an announcer (to announce). He announced that the people should offer prayer in their dwellings. Ayyub said: Nafi narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that whenever there was a cold or a rainy day night, the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم commanded the announcer (to announce). He announced to offer prayer in the dwellings.

ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے وادی ضجنان میں نماز کے لیے اذان دی، پھر اعلان کیا کہ لوگو! تم لوگ اپنے اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، اس میں ہے کہ پھر انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے حدیث نقل کی کہ آپ سفر میں سردی یا بارش کی رات میں منادی کو حکم فرماتے تو وہ نماز کے لیے اذان دیتا پھر وہ اعلان کرتا کہ لوگو! اپنے اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے حماد بن سلمہ نے ایوب اور عبیداللہ سے روایت کیا ہے اس میں «في الليلة الباردة وفي الليلة المطيرة في السفر» کے بجائے «في السفر في الليلة القرة أو المطيرة» کے الفاظ ہیں۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: Nafi reported: Ibn Umar made the call to prayer at Dajnan (a place between Makkah and Madina). Then he announced: Offer prayer in your dwellings: He then narrated a tradition from the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. He used to command an announcer who made the call to prayer. He then announced: Pray in your dwellings on a cold or rainy night during journey. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been narrated by Hammad bin Salamah from Ayyub and Ubaid Allah. In his version he added: During journey on a cold or a rainy night.

انہوں نے مقام ضجنان میں سرد اور آندھی والی ایک رات میں اذان دی تو اپنی اذان کے آخر میں کہا: لوگو! اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، لوگو! اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، پھر انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سفر کے اندر سردی یا بارش کی رات میں مؤذن کو حکم فرماتے تھے کہ اعلان کر دو: لوگو! اپنے اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: Nafi said: Ibn Umar made the call to prayer at Dajnan (a place between Makkah and Madina), on a cold and windy night. He added the words at the end of the call: Lo! pray in your dwellings. Lo! pray in the dwellings. He then said: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم used to command the muadhdhin to announce, Lo! pray in your dwellings. on a cold or rainy night during journey.

ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے سرد اور آندھی والی ایک رات میں نماز کے لیے اذان دی تو کہا: لوگو! ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، پھر انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سردی یا بارش والی رات ہوتی تو مؤذن کو یہ اعلان کرنے کا حکم دیتے: لوگو! ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو ۔

Nafi said: Ibn Umar made the call to prayer on a cold and windy night. He then said: “Lo! Pray in the dwellings. “Afterwards he said: Whenever there was a cold or rainy day night, the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم used to command the Muadhdin to announce: “Lo! Pray in the dwellings. ”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے منادی نے مدینہ کے اندر بارش کی رات یا سردی کی صبح میں ایسی ہی ندا کی۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اس حدیث کو یحییٰ بن سعید انصاری نے قاسم سے، قاسم نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے، ابن عمر نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کیا ہے اور اس میں «في السفر» کے الفاظ بھی ہیں۔

Ibn Umar said: The announcer of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم announced for that (to pray at homes) at Madina on a rainy night or a cold morning. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has also been narrated by Yahya bin Saeed al-Ansari from al-Qasim from Ibn Umar from the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. This version adds the words “During the journey. ”

ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک سفر میں تھے کہ بارش ہونے لگی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم میں سے جو چاہے وہ اپنے ڈیرے میں نماز پڑھ لے ۔

Jabir said: We were in the company of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم during a journey. The rain fell upon us. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Anyone who wants to pray in his dwelling may pray.

ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بارش کے دن اپنے مؤذن سے کہا: جب تم«أشهد أن محمدا رسول الله» کہنا تو اس کے بعد «حي على الصلاة» نہ کہنا بلکہ اس کی جگہ «صلوا في بيوتكم» لوگو! اپنے اپنے گھروں میں نماز پڑھ لو کہنا، لوگوں نے اسے برا جانا تو انہوں نے کہا: ایسا اس ذات نے کیا ہے جو مجھ سے بہتر تھی ( یعنی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ) ، بیشک جمعہ واجب ہے، لیکن مجھے یہ بات گوارہ نہ ہوئی کہ میں تم کو کیچڑ اور پانی میں ( جمعہ کے لیے ) آنے کی زحمت دوں۔

Ibn Sirin said: Ibn Abbas said to his Muadhdhin on a rainy day: “when you utter the words ‘ I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, ” do not say, ” Come to prayer” but say “Pray at your homes, ” By this (announcement) the people were surprised. He said: One who was better than me has done it. The Friday prayer is an obligatory duty. But I disliked to put you to hardship so that you might walk in mud and rain.
