رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جمعہ کے دن فجر میں سورۃ السجدة اور «هل أتى على الإنسان حين من الدهر» پڑھتے تھے۔

Ibn Abbas said: the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم used to recite in the morning prayer on Friday Surah Tanzil al-Sajdah (xxxii. ) and Surah al-Dahr (lxxi. ).

اس میں انہوں نے اتنا اضافہ کیا ہے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جمعہ میں سورۃ الجمعہ اور «إذا جاءك المنافقون» پڑھتے تھے۔

This tradition has also been transmitted through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: In the Friday prayer he would recite Surah al-Jumu’ah (lxxi) and Surah al-Munafiqunn.
