سنن ابوداؤد

میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ ( خطبہ دے کر ) منبر سے اترتے تو آدمی کوئی ضرورت آپ کے سامنے رکھتا تو آپ اس کے ساتھ کھڑے باتیں کرتے یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنی حاجت پوری کر لیتا، یعنی اپنی گفتگو مکمل کر لیتا، پھر آپ کھڑے ہوتے اور نماز پڑھاتے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث ثابت سے معروف نہیں ہے، یہ جریر بن حازم کے تفردات میں سے ہے۔

Narrated Anas ibn Malik: I saw the Messenger صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم would descend from the pulpit and a man stop him for his need. He would remain standing with him until his need was fulfilled. Then he would stand and pray. Abu Dawud said: This tradition is not well known from the narrator Thabit. Jarir bin Hazim is the only narrator of this tradition.
