ہم لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک سفر میں نکلے آپ نے ہمیں عشاء پڑھائی اور دونوں رکعتوں میں سے کسی ایک رکعت میں «والتين والزيتون» پڑھی

Narrated Al-Bara: We went out on a journey along with the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. He led us in the night prayer and he recited in one of the rak'ahs: By the fig and the olive.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب سفر کرتے اور نفل پڑھنے کا ارادہ کرتے تو اپنی اونٹنی قبلہ رخ کر لیتے اور تکبیر کہتے پھر نماز پڑھتے رہتے خواہ آپ کی سواری کا رخ کسی بھی طرف ہو جائے۔

Narrated Anas ibn Malik: When the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was on a journey and wished to say voluntary prayer, he made his she-camel face the qiblah and uttered the takbir (Allah is most great), then prayed in whatever direction his mount made his face.

میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو گدھے پر نماز پڑھتے دیکھا آپ کا رخ خیبر کی جانب تھا۱؎۔

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar: I saw the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم praying on a donkey while he was facing Khaibar.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے کسی ضرورت سے بھیجا، میں ( واپس ) آیا تو دیکھا کہ آپ اپنی سواری پر مشرق کی جانب رخ کر کے نماز پڑھ رہے ہیں ( آپ کا ) سجدہ رکوع کی بہ نسبت زیادہ جھک کر ہوتا تھا

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم sent me on some business, and when I came to him he was praying on (the back of) his riding beast (moving) towards the east and making the prostration lower than the bowing
