سنن ابوداؤد

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا گیا کہ محرم کون کون سا جانور قتل کر سکتا ہے؟ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پانچ جانور ہیں جنہیں حل اور حرم دونوں جگہوں میں مارنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں: بچھو، چوہیا، چیل، کوا اور کاٹ کھانے والا کتا ۔

Ibn Umar said The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was asked as to which of the creatures could be killed by a pilgrim in the sacred state. He said there are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill, outside or inside the sacred area. The Scorpion, the Crow, the Rat, the Kite and the biting Dog.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پانچ جانور ایسے ہیں جنہیں حرم میں بھی مارنا حلال ہے: سانپ، بچھو، کوا، چیل، چوہیا، اور کاٹ کھانے والا کتا ۔

Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying There are five (creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog.

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا گیا: محرم کون کون سا جانور مار سکتا ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: سانپ، بچھو، چوہیا کو ( مار سکتا ہے ) اور کوے کو بھگا دے، اسے مارے نہیں، اور کاٹ کھانے والے کتے، چیل اور حملہ کرنے والے درندے کو ( مار سکتا ہے ) ۔

Narrated Abu Saeed al-Khudri: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was asked which of the creatures a pilgrim in sacred state could kill. He replied: The snake, the scorpion, the rat; he should drive away the pied crow, but should not kill it; the biting dog, the kite, and any wild animal which attacks (man).
