سنن ابوداؤد

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: حلالہ کرنے والے اور کرانے والے دونوں پر اللہ نے لعنت کی ہے۱؎ ۔

Narrated Ali ibn Abu Talib: (The narrator Ismail said: I think ash-Shabi attributed this tradition to the Prophet) The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Curse be upon the one who marries a divorced woman with the intention of making her lawful for her former husband and upon the one for whom she is made lawful.

ہمارا خیال ہے کہ وہ علی رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں جنہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے آگے راوی نے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث ذکر کی۔

The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Ali through a different chain of narrators from the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم to the same effect.
