سنن ابوداؤد

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو غلام اپنے مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر نکاح کر لے وہ زانی ہے ۔

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If any slave marries without the permission of his masters, he is a fornicator.

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب غلام اپنے مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر نکاح کرے تو اس کا نکاح باطل ہے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث ضعیف، اور موقوف ہے، یہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کا قول ہے۔

Ibn Umar reported the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying “If a slave marries without the permission of his master, his marriage is null and void. Abu Dawud said “This tradition is weak. This is mauquf (does not go back to the Prophet). This is the statement of the Ibn Umar himself.
