سنن ابوداؤد

میں نے ایوب سے پوچھا: کیا آپ کو معلوم ہے کہ کسی اور نے بھی «أمرك بيدك» کے سلسلہ میں وہی بات کہی ہے جو حسن نے کہی تو انہوں نے کہا: نہیں، مگر وہی روایت ہے جسے ہم سے قتادہ نے بیان کیا، قتادہ نے کثیر مولی ابن سبرہ سے کثیر نے ابوسلمہ سے ابوسلمہ نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح روایت کیا ہے۔ ایوب کہتے ہیں: تو کثیر ہمارے پاس آئے تو میں نے ان سے دریافت کیا، وہ بولے: میں نے تو کبھی یہ حدیث بیان نہیں کی، پھر میں نے قتادہ سے اس کا ذکر کیا تو انہوں نے کہا: ہاں کیوں نہیں انہوں نے اسے بیان کیا تھا لیکن وہ بھول گئے۔

Hammad ibn Zayd said: I asked Ayyub: Do you know anyone who narrates the tradition narrated by Al-Hasan about uttering the words (addressing wife). Your matter is in your hand ? He replied: No, except something similar transmitted by Qatadah from Kathir, the client of Samurah, from Abu Salamah on the authority of Abu Hurairah from the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. Ayyub said: Kathir then came to us; so I asked him (about this matter). He replied: I never narrated it. I mentioned it to Qatadah who said: Yes (he narrated it) but he forgot.

«أمرك بيدك» کے سلسلہ میں مروی ہے کہ اس سے تین طلاق واقع ہو گی ۱؎۔

Qatadah reported on the authority of Al Hasan the uttering of the words “Your matter is in your hand” amounts to three pronouncements of divorce.
