سنن ابوداؤد

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ایک شخص مسلمان ہو کر آیا پھر اس کے بعد اس کی بیوی بھی مسلمان ہو کر آ گئی، تو اس نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! یہ میرے ساتھ ہی مسلمان ہوئی ہے تو آپ اسے میرے پاس لوٹا دیجئیے۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: A man came after embracing Islam during the time of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. Afterwards his wife came after embracing Islam. He said: Messenger of Allah, she embraced Islam along with me; so restore her to me.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ایک عورت مسلمان ہو گئی اور اس نے نکاح بھی کر لیا، اس کے بعد اس کا شوہر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، اور کہنے لگا: اللہ کے رسول! میں اسلام لے آیا تھا اور اسے میرے اسلام لانے کا علم تھا چنانچہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دوسرے شوہر سے اسے چھین کر اس کے پہلے شوہر کو لوٹا دیا۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: A woman embraced Islam during the time of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم; she then married. Her (former) husband then came to the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم and said: Messenger of Allah, I have already embraced Islam, and she had the knowledge about my Islam. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم took her away from her latter husband and restored her to her former husband.
