صحیح بخاری

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، چار عادتیں ایسی ہیں کہ اگر یہ چاروں کسی ایک شخص میں جمع ہو جائیں تو وہ پکا منافق ہے۔ وہ شخص جو بات کرے تو جھوٹ بولے، اور جب وعدہ کرے، تو وعدہ خلافی کرے، اور جب معاہدہ کرے تو اسے پورا نہ کرے۔ اور جب کسی سے لڑے تو گالی گلوچ پر اتر آئے اور اگر کسی شخص کے اندر ان چاروں عادتوں میں سے ایک ہی عادت ہے، تو اس کے اندر نفاق کی ایک عادت ہے جب تک کہ وہ اسے چھوڑ نہ دے۔

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr: Allah's Apostle said, Whoever has (the following) four characteristics will be a pure hypocrite: If he speaks, he tells a lie; if he gives a promise, he breaks it, if he makes a covenant he proves treacherous; and if he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent evil insulting manner (unjust). And whoever has one of these characteristics, has one characteristic of a hypocrite, unless he gives it us.

ہم نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بس یہی قرآن مجید لکھا اور جو کچھ اس ورق میں ہے، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تھا کہ مدینہ عائر پہاڑی اور فلاں ( کدیٰ ) پہاڑی کے درمیان تک حرم ہے۔ پس جس نے یہاں ( دین میں ) کوئی نئی چیز داخل کی یا کسی ایسے شخص کو اس کے حدود میں پناہ دی تو اس پر اللہ تعالیٰ، ملائکہ اور انسان سب کی لعنت ہو گی۔ نہ اس کا کوئی فرض قبول اور نہ نفل قبول ہو گا۔ اور مسلمان پناہ دینے میں سب برابر ہیں۔ معمولی سے معمولی مسلمان ( عورت یا غلام ) کسی کافر کو پناہ دے سکتے ہیں۔ اور جو کوئی کسی مسلمان کا کیا ہوا عہد توڑ ڈالے اس پر اللہ اور ملائکہ اور انسان سب کی لعنت ہو گی، نہ اس کی کوئی فرض عبادت قبول ہو گی اور نہ نفل! اور جس غلام یا لونڈی نے اپنے آقا اپنے مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر کسی دوسرے کو اپنا مالک بنا لیا، تو اس پر اللہ اور ملائکہ اور انسان سب کی لعنت ہو گی، نہ اس کی کوئی فرض عبادت قبول ہو گی اور نہ نفل!

Narrated `Ali: We did not, write anything from the Prophet except the Qur'an and what is written in this paper, (wherein) the Prophet said, Medina is a sanctuary from (the mountain of) Air to so and-so, therefore, whoever innovates (in it) an heresy or commits a sin, or gives shelter to such an innovator, will incur the Curse of Allah. the angels and all the people; and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted And the asylum granted by any Muslim Is to be secured by all the Muslims even if it is granted by one of the lowest social status among them. And whoever betrays a Muslim in this respect will incur the Curse of Allah, the angels and all the people, and his compulsory and optional good deeds of worship will not be accepted. And any freed slave will take as masters (befriends) people other than his own real masters who freed him without taking the permission of the latter, will incur the Curse of Allah, the angels and all the people, and his compulsory and optional good deeds of worship will not be accepted.

اس وقت تمہارا کیا حال ہو گا جب ( جزیہ اور خراج میں سے ) نہ تمہیں درہم ملے گا اور نہ دینار! اس پر کسی نے کہا۔ کہ جناب ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ آپ کیسے سمجھتے ہیں کہ ایسا ہو گا؟ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا ہاں اس ذات کی قسم! جس کے ہاتھ میں ابوہریرہ کی جان ہے۔ یہ صادق و مصدوق صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمان ہے۔ لوگوں نے پوچھا تھا کہ یہ کیسے ہو جائے گا؟ تو آپ نے فرمایا، جب کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا عہد ( اسلامی حکومت غیر مسلموں سے ان کی جان و مال کی حفاظت کے بارے میں ) توڑا جانے لگے، تو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی ذمیوں کے دلوں کو سخت کر دے گا۔ اور وہ جزیہ دینا بند کر دیں گے ( بلکہ لڑنے کو مستعد ہوں گے ) ۔

Narrated Sa`id: Abu Huraira once said (to the people), What will your state be when you can get no Dinar or Dirhan (i.e. taxes from the Dhimmis)? on that someone asked him, What makes you know that this state will take place, O Abu- Hu raira? He said, By Him in Whose Hands Abu Huraira's life is, I know it through the statement of the true and truly inspired one (i.e. the Prophet). The people asked, What does the Statement say? He replied, Allah and His Apostle's asylum granted to Dhimmis, i.e. non-Muslims living in a Muslim territory) will be outraged, and so Allah will make the hearts of these Dhimmis so daring that they will refuse to pay the Jizya they will be supposed to pay.
