صحیح بخاری

میں نے ابوطلحہ، ابودجانہ اور سہیل بن بیضاء رضی اللہ عنہم کو کچی کھجور کی ملی ہوئی نبیذ پلا رہا تھا کہ شراب حرام کر دی گئی اور میں نے موجودہ شراب پھینک دی۔ میں ہی انہیں پلا رہا تھا میں سب سے کم عمر تھا۔ ہم اس نبیذ کو اس وقت شراب ہی سمجھتے تھے اور عمرو بن حارث راوی نے بیان کیا کہ ہم سے قتادہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا۔

Narrated Anas: While I was serving Abu Talha. Abu Dujana and Abu Suhail bin Al-Baida' with a drink made from a mixture of unripe and ripe dates, alcoholic drinks, were made unlawful, whereupon I threw it away, and I was their butler and the youngest of them, and we used to consider that drink as an alcoholic drink in those days.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کشمش اور کھجور ( کے شیرہ ) کو اور تازہ ( پختہ، پکی ہوئی ) کھجور اور نیم پختہ ( کچی، گدری ہوئی ) کھجور کو ملا کر بھگونے سے منع فرمایا تھا، اس طور اس میں نشہ جلدی پیدا ہو جاتا ہے۔

Narrated Jabir: The Prophet forbade the drinking of alcoholic drinks prepared from raisins, dates, unripe dates and fresh ripe dates.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کی ممانعت کی تھی کہ پختہ اور گدرائی ہوئی کھجور، پختہ کھجور اور کشمش کو ملا کر نبیذ بنایا جائے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہر ایک کو جدا جدا بھگونے کا حکم دیا۔

Narrated Abu Qatada: The Prophet forbade the mixing of ripe and unripe dates and also the mixing of dates and raisins (for preparing a syrup) but the syrup of each kind of fruit should be prepared separately. ( One may have such drinks as long as it is fresh )
