صحیح بخاری

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک باغ میں داخل ہوئے اور مجھے دروازہ کی نگرانی کا حکم دیا، پھر ایک صحابی آئے اور اجازت چاہی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ انہیں اجازت دے دو اور انہیں جنت کی بشارت دے دو۔ وہ ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ تھے، پھر عمر رضی اللہ عنہ آئے، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ انہیں اجازت دے دو اور انہیں جنت کی بشارت دے دو، پھر عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ آئے، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ انہیں بھی اجازت دے دو اور جنت کی بشارت دے دو۔

Narrated Abu Musa: The Prophet entered a garden and told me to guard its gate. Then a man came and asked permission to enter. The Prophet, said, Permit him and give him the good news that he will enter Paradise. Behold! It was Abu Bakr. Then `Umar came, and the Prophet said, Admit him and give him the good news that he will enter Paradise. Then `Uthman came and the Prophet said, Admit him and give him the good news that he will enter Paradise.

میں حاضر ہوا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے بالا خانہ میں تشریف رکھتے تھے اور آپ کا ایک کالا غلام سیڑھی کے اوپر ( نگرانی کر رہا ) تھا میں نے اس سے کہا کہ کہو کہ عمر بن خطاب کھڑا ہے اور اجازت چاہتا ہے۔

Narrated `Umar: I came and behold, Allah's Apostle was staying on a Mashroba (attic room) and a black slave of Allah's Apostle was at the top if its stairs. I said to him, (Tell the Prophet) that here is `Umar bin Al- Khattab (asking for permission to enter). Then he admitted me.
