سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پانچ موذی جانور ہیں جنہیں حرم اور حرم سے باہر دونوں جگہوں میں قتل کیا جائے گا: سانپ، چتکبرا کوا، چوہیا، کاٹنے والا کتا، اور چیل ۔

It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “There are five vermin that might be killed whether one is in or outside the sacred precincts: the snake, the speckled crow, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پانچ قسم کے جانور ہیں جنہیں احرام کی حالت میں مارنے میں گناہ نہیں: بچھو، کوا، چیل، چوہیا اور کاٹ کھانے والا کتا ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There are five animals, for which there is no sin on a person if he kills them” – or he said: “if he kills them when in Ihram – the scorpion, the crow, the kite, the mouse and the vicious dog.”

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: محرم سانپ، بچھو، حملہ آور درندے، کاٹ کھانے والے کتے، اور فسادی چوہیا کو قتل کر سکتا ہے ، ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا گیا: اسے فسادی کیوں کہا گیا؟ کہا: اس لیے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس کی وجہ سے جاگتے رہے، وہ بتی لے گئی تھی تاکہ گھر میں آگ لگا دے۔

It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘The one in Ihram may kill the snake, the scorpion, the aggressive predator, the vicious dog and the harmful mouse.” It was said to him: “Why is it said that they are harmful?” He said:* “Because the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) woke up because of one, and it had taken the wick (of the lamp) to burn down the house.”
