میں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو کہتے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا کہ آدمی دو دو کھجوریں ملا کر کھائے، یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے ساتھیوں سے اجازت لے لے۔

Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade eating two dates at once unless he asks his companions permission to do so.”

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک ساتھ ملا کر کھانے سے منع فرمایا، یعنی کھجوروں کو۔

It was narrated from Sa’d, the freed slave of Abu Bakr – and Sa’d used to serve the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and he liked this Hadith – that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade eating two dates at once.
