سنن ابن ماجہ

میں علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس گیا، تو انہوں نے کہا: نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیت الخلاء جاتے اور اپنی حاجت پوری فرماتے، پھر واپس آ کر ہمارے ساتھ روٹی اور گوشت کھاتے، قرآن پڑھتے، آپ کو قرآن پڑھنے سے جنابت کے سوا کوئی چیز نہ روکتی تھی ۱؎۔

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Salamah said: I entered upon 'Ali bin Abu Talib and he said: 'The Messenger of Allah used to go to the lavatory and relieve himself, then come out, and he would eat bread and meat with us and recite Qur'an, nothing stopped him' or perhaps he said: 'prevented him from doing so except sexual impurity.'

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جنبی اور حائضہ قرآن نہ پڑھیں ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'No one who is sexually impure and no woman who is menstruating should recite Qur'an.'

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جنبی اور حائضہ کچھ بھی قرآن نہ پڑھیں ۔

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'No one who is sexually impure and no woman who is menstruating should recite anything of the Qur'an.'
