نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دونوں سجدوں کے درمیان ( جلسہ میں ) «رب اغفر لي رب اغفر لي» اے میرے رب! مجھے بخش دے، اے میرے رب! مجھے بخش دے پڑھتے تھے۔

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تہجد کی نماز میں دونوں سجدوں کے درمیان «رب اغفر لي وارحمني واجبرني وارزقني وارفعني» اے میرے رب! مجھے بخش دے، مجھ پر رحم کر، مجھ کو ضائع شدہ چیزوں کا بدلہ دیدے، مجھے رزق دے، اور مجھے بلندی عطا فرما پڑھتے تھے۔

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said: “When praying at night (Qiyamul-Lail), the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say between the two prostrations: ‘Rabbighfir li warhamni wajburni warzuqni warfa’ni (O Lord, forgive me, have mercy on me, improve my situation, grant me provision and raise me in status).’”
