سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تمہارے کپڑوں میں سب سے بہتر سفید کپڑا ہے، لہٰذا تم اپنے مردوں کو اسی میں کفناؤ، اور اسی کو پہنو ۔

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The best of your garments are those which are white, so shroud your dead in them, and wear them.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بہترین کفن جوڑا ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from ‘Ubadah bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The best of shrouds is the Hullah (two-piecer).”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنے بھائی کی تجہیز و تکفین کا ذمہ دار ہو، تو اسے اچھا کفن دے ۔

It was narrated from Abu Qatadah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “If anyone of you is charged with taking care of his brother (after death), let him shroud him well.”
