سنن ابن ماجہ

ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک جنازہ میں نکلے، تو آپ قبلہ کی طرف رخ کر کے بیٹھے۔

It was narrated that Bara’ bin ‘Azib said: “We went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for a funeral, and he sat facing the Qiblah (prayer direction).”

ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک جنازہ میں نکلے، جب قبر کے پاس پہنچے تو آپ بیٹھ گئے، اور ہم بھی بیٹھ گئے، گویا کہ ہمارے سروں پر پرندے بیٹھے ہیں ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Bara’ bin ‘Azib said: “We went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for a funeral, and we came to a grave. He sat down and we sat down, as if there were birds on our heads.”
