سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: رمضان سے ایک دن یا دو دن پہلے روزہ نہ رکھو، الا یہ کہ کوئی آدمی پہلے سے روزے رکھ رہا ہو تو وہ اسے رکھے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Do not anticipate Ramadan by fasting one or two days before, except for a man who has a habitual pattern of fasting, in which case let him fast.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب نصف شعبان ہو جائے، تو روزے نہ رکھو، جب تک کہ رمضان نہ آ جائے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘When it is the middle of Sha’ban, do not fast until Ramadan comes.”
