سنن ابن ماجہ

رب کعبہ کی قسم! یہ بات کہ کوئی جنابت کی حالت میں صبح کرے تو روزہ توڑ دے، میں نے نہیں کہی بلکہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کہی ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr Al-Qari said: “I heard Abu hurairah say: ‘No, by the Lord of the Ka’bah! I did not say: “Whoever wakes up in a state of sexual impurity (and wants to fast) then he must not fast.” Muhammad (ﷺ) said it.’”

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جنابت کی حالت میں رات گزارتے تھے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس بلال رضی اللہ عنہ آتے، اور آپ کو نماز کی اطلاع دیتے تو آپ اٹھتے اور غسل فرماتے، میں آپ کے سر سے پانی ٹپکتے ہوئے دیکھتی تھی، پھر آپ نکلتے تو میں نماز فجر میں آپ کی آواز سنتی۔ مطرف کہتے ہیں: میں نے عامر سے پوچھا: کیا ایسا رمضان میں ہوتا؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ رمضان اور غیر رمضان سب برابر تھا۔

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) used to spend the night in a state of sexual impurity, then Bilal would come to him and inform him that it is time for prayer. So he would get up and have a bath, and I would see the water dripping from his head, then he would go out and I would hear his voice during Fajr prayer.”

میں نے ام المؤمنین ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو جنابت کی حالت میں صبح کرے، اور وہ روزہ رکھنا چاہتا ہو؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جنبی ہونے کی حالت میں صبح کرتے تھے، اور آپ کی جنابت جماع سے ہوتی نہ کہ احتلام سے، پھر غسل کرتے اور اپنا روزہ پورا کرتے۔

It was narrated that Nafi’ said: “I asked Umm Salamah about a man who gets up in the morning when he is in a state of sexual impurity and wants to fast. She said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to get up in the morning in a state of sexual impurity after having intercourse, not from a wet dream, then he would take a bath and complete his fast.’”
