سنن ابن ماجہ

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب کسی کو کھانا کھانے کے لیے بلایا جائے، اور وہ روزے سے ہو، تو کہے کہ میں روزے سے ہوں ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “If anyone of you is invited to eat when he is fasting, let him say: ‘I am fasting.’”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس کسی کو کھانے کے لیے دعوت دی جائے، اور وہ روزے سے ہو تو وہ دعوت قبول کرے، پھر اگر چاہے تو کھائے اور اگر چاہے تو نہ کھائے ۔

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever is invited to eat when he is fasting, let him accept the invitation; and if he wants to let him eat, and if he wants let him not eat.”
