سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عید الفطر کے دن چند کھجوریں کھائے بغیر عید کے لیے نہیں نکلتے تھے ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) would not go out on the Day of Fitr until he had eaten some dates.”

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عید الفطر میں عید گاہ اس وقت تک نہیں جاتے تھے جب تک کہ اپنے ( مساکین ) صحابہ کو اس صدقہ فطر میں سے کھلا نہ دیتے ( جو آپ کے پاس جمع ہوتا ) ۔

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) would not go out on the Day of Fitr until he had had given his Companions some of the charity of Fitr to eat.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عید الفطر کے دن جب تک کہ کچھ کھا نہ لیتے نہیں نکلتے اور عید الاضحی کے دن نہیں کھاتے جب تک کہ ( عید گاہ سے ) واپس نہ آ جاتے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Ibn Buraidah from his father, that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would not go out on the Day of Fitr until he had eaten, and he would not eat on the Day of Nahr (the day of sacrifice) until he came back.
