رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس عورت کا نکاح اس کے ولی نے نہ کیا ہو، تو اس کا نکاح باطل ہے، باطل ہے، باطل ہے، اگر مرد نے ایسی عورت سے جماع کر لیا تو اس جماع کے عوض عورت کے لیے اس کا مہر ہے، اور اگر ولی اختلاف کریں تو حاکم اس کا ولی ہو گا جس کا کوئی ولی نہیں ۔

It was narrated from Aishah that : the Messenger of Allah said: “Any woman whose marriage is not arranged by her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If (the man) has had intercourse with her, then the Mahr belongs to her in return for his intimacy with her. And if there is any dispute then the ruler is the guardian of the one who does not have a guardian.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ولی کے بغیر نکاح نہیں ہے ۔ اور ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی حدیث میں ہے: جس کا کوئی ولی نہ ہو، اس کا ولی حاکم ہے ۔

It was narrated that: Aisha and Ibn Abbas said: “The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no marriage except with a guardian.' ”According to the Hadith of Aishah: “And the ruler is the guardian of the one who does not have a guardian. ”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ولی کے بغیر نکاح نہیں ہے ۔

It was narrated from Abu Musa that: the Messenger of Allah said: “There is no marriage except with a guardian.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عورت عورت کا نکاح نہ کرائے، اور نہ عورت خود اپنا نکاح کرے، پس بدکار وہی عورت ہے جو اپنا نکاح خود کرتی ہے ۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: the Messenger of Allah said: “No woman should arrange the marriage of another woman, and no woman should arrange her own marriage. The adulteress is the one who arranges her own marriage.”
