سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سب سے بہتر سفارش یہ ہے کہ مرد اور عورت کے نکاح کی سفارش کی جائے ۔

It was narrated that Abu Ruhm said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'One of the best kinds of intercession is interceding between two people concerning marriage. '

اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ دروازہ کی چوکھٹ پر گر پڑے، جس سے ان کے چہرے پہ زخم ہو گیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھ سے فرمایا: ان سے خون صاف کرو ، میں نے اسے ناپسند کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے زخم سے خون نچوڑنے اور ان کے منہ سے صاف کرنے لگے، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اگر اسامہ لڑکی ہوتا تو میں اسے زیورات اور کپڑوں سے اس طرح سنوارتا کہ اس کا چرچا ہونے لگتا ۱؎۔

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: Usamah stumbled at the threshold of the door and cut his face. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Remove the harm (the blood) from him,' but I was repulsed by that. He started to suck the blood and remove it from his face, then he said: 'If Usamah were a girl, I would have adorned him and dressed him until I married him off. '
