سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کئی سال کے لیے ( پھلوں کی ) بیع کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that : the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade selling for many years ahead

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے پھل بیچا، پھر اس کو کوئی آفت لاحق ہوئی، تو وہ اپنے بھائی ( خریدار ) کے مال سے کچھ نہ لے، آخر کس چیز کے بدلہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنے مسلمان بھائی کا مال لے گا ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever sells fruits then the crop fails, should not take any of his brother's money. Why would any of you take the money of his Muslim brother?
