سنن ابن ماجہ

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو اناج خریدے تو اس پر قبضہ سے پہلے اسے نہ بیچے ۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever buys food, let him not sell it until he has taken full possession of it.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو گیہوں خریدے تو اس پر قبضہ کے پہلے اس کو نہ بیچے ۔ ابوعوانہ اپنی حدیث میں کہتے ہیں: ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا: میں ہر چیز کو گیہوں ہی کی طرح سمجھتا ہوں۔

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever buys food, let him not sell it until he has taken full possession of it.' (Sahih) In his narration, (one of the narrators) Abu 'Awanah said: Ibn 'Abbas said: 'I think everything is like food. '

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اناج کو بیچنے سے منع کیا ہے جب تک اس میں بیچنے والے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کے صاع نہ چلیں ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Jabir said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade selling food bought by measure until two Sa' have been measured - the Sa' of the seller and the Sa' of the buyer. [1]
