میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا ہے: اپنا اناج ناپ لیا کرو، اس میں تمہارے لیے برکت ہو گی ۔

It was narrated that Abdullah bin Busr Al-Mazini said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Measure your food, may you be blessed therein. '

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اپنا اناج ناپ لیا کرو، اس میں تمہارے لیے برکت ہو گی ۔

It was narrated from Abu Ayyub that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Measure your food, may you be blessed therein.
