میں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو دیکھا کہ انہوں نے اپنی پیشانی پہ ہاتھ مارتے ہوئے کہا: اے عراق والو! تم یہ سمجھتے ہو کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر جھوٹ باندھتا ہوں تاکہ تم فائدے میں رہو اور میرے اوپر گناہ ہو، میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ یقیناً میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا: جب کتا تم میں سے کسی کے برتن میں منہ ڈال دے تو اسے سات مرتبہ دھوئے ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Abu Razin said: 'I saw Abu Hurairah hitting his forehead with his hand and saying: O people of Iraq! Do you claim that I would tell a lie against the Messenger of Allah so that it may be more convenient for you and a sin upon me?' I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'If a dog licks the vessel of anyone of you, let him wash it seven times.'

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب کتا تم میں سے کسی کے برتن میں منہ ڈال دے تو اسے سات مرتبہ دھوئے ۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: The Messenger of Allah said: If a dog licks the vessel of anyome of you, let him wash it seven times.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب کتا برتن میں منہ ڈال کر پی لے تو اسے سات مرتبہ دھو ڈالو، اور آٹھویں مرتبہ مٹی مل کر دھوؤ ۱؎۔

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal that: The Messenger of Allah said: 'If a dog licks a vessel, wash it seven times and rub it with dust the eight times.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب کتا کسی کے برتن میں منہ ڈال دے، تو اسے سات مرتبہ دھوئے ۔

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'If a dog licks the vessel of anyone of you, let him wash it seven times.'
