سنن ابن ماجہ

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے «مصّراۃ» خریدی تو اسے تین دن تک اختیار ہے، چاہے تو واپس کر دے، چاہے تو رکھے، اگر واپس کرے تو اس کے ساتھ ایک صاع کھجور بھی واپس کرے ، «سمراء» ( یعنی گیہوں ) کا واپس کرنا ضروری نہیں ۱؎۔

Abdullah bin 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever buys a Muhaffalah, (1) he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If he returns it, then he must also give wheat equal to twice, the amount of its milk, or equal to the amount of its milk. '

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: لوگو! اگر کوئی «محفَلہ» ( «مصّراۃ» ) کو بیچے تو اسے تین دن تک اختیار ہے، اگر وہ اسے واپس کر دے تو اس کے دودھ کے دوگنا یا برابر گیہوں اس کو دے ۔

میں صادق و مصدوق ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ نے ہم سے بیان کیا، اور فرمایا: «محفّلات» کا بیچنا فریب اور دھوکہ ہے، اور مسلمان کو دھوکہ دینا حلال اور جائز نہیں ۱؎۔

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: I bear witness that the true and truly inspired one Abul-Qasim (ﷺ) told us: 'Selling a Muhaffalah is Khilabah, and Khilabah is not lawful for the Muslim. ' (Ibn Majah said: Meaning: 'Deception. )
