سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مالدار کا ( قرض کی ادائیگی میں ) ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے، اور جب تم میں کوئی کسی مالدار کی طرف تحویل کیا جائے، تو اس کی حوالگی قبول کرے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “(Wrongdoing) is when a rich man takes a long time to repay a debt, and if one of you is referred to a rich man (to collect a debt), he should accept that referral.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مالدار کا ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے، اور جب تمہیں کسی مالدار کے حوالے کیا جائے تو اس کی حوالگی کو قبول کرو ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When a rich man takes too long to repay a debt, this is wrongdoing, and if the debt is transferred to a rich man, you should accept if.”
