سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ایک عورت کے ساتھ جبراً بدکاری کی گئی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس عورت پر حد نہیں لگائی بلکہ اس شخص پر حد جاری کی جس نے اس کے ساتھ جبراً بدکاری کی تھی، اس روایت میں اس کا تذکرہ نہیں ہے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے مہر بھی دلایا ہو ۱؎۔

It was narrated from 'Abdul Jabbar bin Wa'il that his father said: “A Woman was coerced (i.e., raped) during the time of Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) He waived the legal punishment for her and carried it out on the one who had attacked her, but he (the narrator) did not say that he rules that she should be given a bridal-money.”
